Yeah buddy, Romania will have highways like this. Too bad that neither you nor I will not get to see them unless we are born again over 30 years.
If we have highways as the roads would be firms and hence the money behind them?
Very simple Florin concesionand highways manufacturer, so have every incentive to work and be fast and quality.
Quality time means. Duration means less work for firms that are concessioned. Less work means less money. Less money means life more difficult for owners of companies. Life more difficult for owners of companies means a contribution to party less. Membership fee to the party means less work and fewer concessionaires. Concessions and work less is "cuckoo" roads.
